Payments:
All payments are due in US dollars. Personal checks are acceptable as payment only if received by June 1st of the hunt year. All hunt fees, species license fees, trophy fees (MRA & Gov’t), charter fees, and taxes have been included in the hunt costs summary as outlined on page 2 of this contract. If you intend to harvest additional species you must pay all associated trophy fees, charter fees, and taxes (5% of total) prior to departure of the Yukon by cash, bank draft, certified check, or travelers check only - no personal checks on these payments - you must be prepared for these payments.

No refunds for hunts which are cancelled by the client, however, the client may transfer the hunt to another individual in that same hunt year. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. If, for any reason, MRA must cancel the hunt all deposits are fully refundable.

Wounded Game & Missed Opportunities:
A wounded animal is considered a harvested animal and your tag for that animal will be immediately forfeited to the guide/outfitter. Your hunt may continue for an alternate species that you have been licensed for and additional trophy fees will apply. If you shoot at a trophy and miss 50% of the outfitter harvest fee is payable. You may continue hunting for that species with the balance of the trophy fees payable on harvest. Please be sure of your equipment and shot placement!

Services Provided by MRA:
All meals and accommodations while in hunt camp only.
Field dressing and caping of trophies.
Guide service consisting of 1 guide per 1 hunter (1 on 1 hunt).
MRA will book your hotel accommodations in Whitehorse on your behalf, but you are responsible for those expenses

Client Responsibilities:
As required by law clients must purchase their general big game hunting license. (online purchase instructions will be provided)
Payment for meals and accommodations while not in hunt camp.
Additional charges for non-scheduled charter flights.
Meat processing and meat shipping fees, taxidermy and shipping fees for trophies.
Personal items including sleeping bags, proper clothing and footwear, weapons, and ammunition.
Will be expected to assist in various activities as part of the hunt including packing/unpacking gear, camp duties, game handling, etc.
Must be physically prepared to participate as necessary to make the hunt as successful as possible.

Client Acceptance of Risk & Liability / Medical Information:
The area you will be hunting has been selected for its interest, challenge, and game resources in order to meet your expectations. You must be fully capable of participating in this trip and be willing to assume the risk of injury as your responsibility. You must sign the attached waiver prior to commencing your hunt. You will not hold the outfitter or guide responsible for any injury or fatality that may occur.

Additional Info:
MRA recommends you book your commercial flights into and out of Whitehorse a minimum of two full days prior to and following your hunt dates to allow for luggage, weather, and other unanticipated delays. Your charter flights to/from the hunting camps are the day before and the day after your actual hunt dates. These scheduled flights are included in your hunt cost.

Tips/gratuities are not included in the contract pricing. On average, 5%-10% of your hunt price is split between those that worked toward making your trip memorable.

Commercial use of video footage or photographs depicting MRA Outdoors, LLC hunting concession, employees, live animals, trophies, or scenery captured while under agreement of this contract is strictly prohibited. Express written consent is required for any usage of video footage or photographs for such commercial usage. MRA Outdoors, LLC reserves the right to request and use any video footage and/or photographs for promotional use of MRA Outdoors, LLC.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK &
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AGREEMENT

I, hereby acknowledge the hunting trip, fishing trip, sightseeing trip, camping trip, or other guided activity that I am participating in under the agreement of MRA OUTDOORS, LLC , its employees, agents, and associates involves risks and dangers which are inherent to hunting and wilderness travel, including, but not limited to hazards of traveling by motorized vehicle, on horseback, by airplane, and by boats; hazards of carrying and being in possession of firearms and ammunition; hazards of being exposed to the elements of nature; hazards of being in areas where hunters are likely to be present; hazards of being and traveling in remote wilderness areas and hazards arising from accidents, acts of God, illness and forces of nature.

I further accept and assume all risks of personal injury or death loss or damage to property while participating in the said guided excursion, including negligence of MRA OUTDOORS, LLC and their employees, agents, and associates.

I acknowledge that I have read the forgoing, and understand that I am relinquishing any and all rights I, my heirs, executors or administrators might otherwise have against MRA OUTDOORS, LLC and their employees, agents, and associates and that I do so voluntarily.

I acknowledge that this Agreement and any rights, duties, and obligations as between the parties to this Agreement shall be governed solely in accordance with the laws of the Yukon Territory and no other jurisdiction; and any litigation involving the parties to this agreement shall be brought solely within the Yukon Territory and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Yukon Territory.

I acknowledge that in entering this Agreement, I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by the Guide Outfitter with respect to the safety of wilderness travel.

I confirm that I have read and understood all the parts of this agreement prior to signing it.
